Objective:
Promotes the development and structuring of language. It allows children to acquire
the notion of time thanks to dividing stories into sequences and to
develop active listening attitudes.
Game system:
Roll the dice and give free rein to your imagination to create stories
with the characters, animals, objects and actions shown on the
dice.
Tips for use:
- Use more or fewer dice depending on the age of the children.
- To make it easier for the child to narrate a story, it is advisable
that at least one of the dice used features characters (the emotions die,
the trades die, or the fantasy characters die).
- Each die allows children to work on different topics: emotions, animals,
transport, food, weather, fantasy characters, trades, places,
houses or dwellings, various elements, behavior and aggressiveness.
- These last two topics (behavior and aggressiveness) are optional. They
help professionals work with children who have behavioral
problems.
