A game of 50 cards measuring 9 x 9 cm, in thick, solid cardboard, for working on many facets of the child's psychological development, divided as follows:
- 10 master cards with a red border, showing a line drawing of a child with 10 different expressions (joy, surprise, annoyance, crying/being sad, winking, mocking/sticking out the tongue, puffing out the cheeks, shouting, sleeping, blowing a kiss).
- 40 cards with a blue border, showing these 10 expressions performed by four different people (a boy, a girl, a young man and a young woman).
Learning to identify facial expressions. On the red-bordered cards, expressions/emotions are shown as a drawing. The blue-bordered cards are photographs of faces matching the drawing. Each master card (red border) corresponds to 4 photographic cards. Children must match the icons of facial expressions with the photographs of real people. A system of colours and shapes on the back of the cards lets the child self-correct. This kit is an excellent way to learn and take in everyday expressions and emotions (joy, sadness, surprise, etc.) and to develop vocabulary by interacting with the other players. The child can also have fun imitating these faces.
