Delivery times and shipping options

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Shipping is handled via tracked Colissimo (delivered without signature by default). If you would prefer delivery with signature, please contact us before placing your order.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing an online tracking link.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over 59 € (mainland France). Below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart based on weight and destination.

Every order is carefully packed and protected — special care is taken with fragile items. Parcels are oversized for optimal protection.

Returns — 30-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return all or part of your order, with no need to justify your decision. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused.
