Montessori Store accepts administrative purchase orders from public institutions: schools, local authorities, special needs institutions (IME), care homes (EHPAD), hospitals, nurseries and training centres.

How to order using a purchase order?

  1. Build your basket on the website and select the “Administrative payment order” payment method.
  2. Confirm your order — a summary will be sent to you by email.
  3. Send your signed purchase order by email to contact@montessori-store.fr, including the SIRET number of the paying institution.
  4. Your order will be prepared as soon as we receive the signed purchase order.
  5. The invoice will be sent with the delivery — payment within 30 days of receipt.

Chorus Pro

Since 1 January 2018, purchases made by public entities and local authorities must go through the Chorus Pro platform (in accordance with French Order No. 2014-697 of 26 June 2014). Montessori Store issues its invoices in a Chorus Pro-compatible format on request.
